CANCELLATION FEES
One Day Certification Class
Since class size is limited and we usually have a waiting list, a 5 day notice must be given to cancel and receive a refund or transfer to the next class. You can transfer to the next available class date if less than 5 business day notice with a $100.00 transfer fee.
If a student wishes to cancel and not transfer, refunds will be less the $50 registration fee for a one day certification class. No Exceptions.
Ten Week Dental Assisting Program
Since class size is limited and we usually have a waiting list, a 5 day notice must be given to cancel and receive a refund or transfer to the next class. You can transfer to the next available class date if less than 5 business day notice with a $150.00 transfer fee.
If a student wishes to cancel and not transfer, refunds will be less the $150 registration fee for the ten week dental assisting program. No Exceptions.
Cancellation or termination after completing 40% of the program will result in no refund.
Termination Date: In calculating the refund due to a student, the last date of actual attendance by the student is used in the calculation of refund unless earlier written notice of cancellation is received by the school.
Refunds will be made within thirty (30) days of the date of termination of student’s enrollment or the date of receipt of cancellation notice from student.
